The Foundation awards several scholarships annually to students who best demonstrate Msgr. Healy's characteristics and the potential to carry on the objectives of his works by pursuing a career in the field of labor relations, dispute resolution or human resources. Applications are accepted on a continuous basis and will maintain active status for one (1) year from date of receipt.
